What Causes Inability To Lose Body Weight With Pain In Hips, Knees And Feet?

Hi i have been tested to see if i have a thyroid problem but all my tests came back in the so caleed normal range. They did say i have high cortisol and high insulin. i have made mood swing pain in my hips, knees ,feet and wrists. Had that many xrays but all show nothing. Cant loose weight. I get told to stop eating carbs and exercise and i will feel better. I have tried extreme diets from high fat and protein, to cutting out carbs, gluten, dairy ,sugars and caffeene but nothing works. And they also say stop stresssing and get 8 hrs sleep. Yeah right. I still think i have a thyroid problem. I am so frustrated i just want to be happy. Do you have any suggestions to help me?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most possibly it is due to stone diseases like renal(kidney) or urethral stones. An ultrasound scan is required to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
