Hi thank you for querry. you are mentioned the symptoms of the patient as a case of dementia. if this patient come to me with such complaints i will first go for CT head and than MRI if required to rule out any Cerberovascular event or stroke in such case focal neuroligical deficit with motor weakness is important.
