General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

These are definite side effects of the anticonvulsants drugs which prove to be teratogenic in many of the cases.

You have to consider for the medical termination of the pregnancy as it is not going to be rectified at any point of time in anyways.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
