What Causes If Occipital Lobes Missing From Brain?
The mother was an active illegal drug user through out the pregancy. The child was just born last week and I was told she does not have the occiptal lobes of her brain. They have indicated that she will be blind. Want to know if there is anything we can do for the child and what other complication will arrise from these lobes missing. Weill it affect other parts of her brain?

this is neurological problem. take aMRIbrain show it to neurologist. he can give proper advise-the problem and report you have mentioned, if correct then nothing can be done.
