What Causes Ice Pick Headaches?

Hello,

I think I have been suffering from an "ice pick headache" for the past 3 days and every time I get the same pang of pain in the exact same spot. I've read up on these... Actually came across some info on what these headaches were actually called. But from wheat I've read, most people don't suffer from these in the same exact spot. Is this normal??? I also read that it is a primary headache, but that pain in the same place could mean that it could be a secondary condition meaning that something may be triggering these pains. Should I be worried???

That skills for listening!
