What Causes Hypothyroidism And Fullness In Throat?

I am wondering if all of these symptoms are related to Hashimoto's disease that I know I have?

I was diagnosed 2 yrs ago with Hashi, was fine until a few months ago, legs, arms ached so bad, had chest pains no heart problem but d dimer was elevated, went to reg doc for a recheck and time for tyroid check, was sleeping all the time, hurt everywhere, tests came back .06 hyper so reduced meds, within 2 weeks of reduction, I came down with vasculitis, achiness did go away, now I am not sleeping, have a raspy voice, fullness in throat, feel like I am not getting air but know I am...went back and had a recheck (this was 6 weeks later) and my thyroid had flipped back to hypo at .60 have increased meds now, just almost 2 weeks am now getting the achiness back in joints, not sleeping still and voice is still raspy...what do you think? I have asked about the synthroid or armour and have had a US done but do not know those results yet. Is this going to go on forever?

Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
Sorry to learn about your bothersome symptoms.
Hashimoto, as you may know, needs a long term treatment.
But you should be patient until your treating physician finds the appropriate dose of levothyroxine.
I see that you have also other problems except of Hashimoto, so probably some of the symptoms you reported (joint pain) may be due to other pathologies.
Wish you good health.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
