What Causes Hypopituitarism?

I was diagnosed with hypopituitarism, I became infertile.. TSH has always been a problem I was at a 0.005 4 weeks ago, I was at 0.006 as of yesterday.. I know there is alot of confusion about the TSH, from my studies that s a pituitary hormone, what do u think is going on?

I really appreciate your concern, for clear the doubt complete hormone profile need to be tested (Thyroid hormone) and more important would be clinical symptoms, in my opinion in absence of clinical symptoms this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
