Hello dear,I understand your concern .In my opinion it might be due to urinary tract infection.(UTI).UTI is routinely seen in pregnancy especially in 2 nd trimester due to hormonal changes affecting the urinary tract. So I suggest you to get done urine examination after consulting your doctor. The pelvic pain and contractions also might be due to UTI.Sometimes UTI will lead to preterm labour.Dont worry timely
and apt treatment will prevent the infection and complications. It will subside by a course of antibiotics.Drink 2 to 3 litres of water daily.Coconut water and cranberry juice are also helpful.
Good luck....Dr.srilatha
