What Causes Hot Flushes And Swelling In The Ankles During Menopause?

I am 65 years old going trough menopause since I was 48 still suffer very bad hot flushes especially at night in bed. I am also taking quarter nebol tab for my heart and 10mg cholestrol tablet for high cholesterol.i also have swollen ankles and suffer from shortness of breath when walking.

I would suggest you visit a Cardiologist, get and ECG and Echo done just to rule out any cardiac cause.
Do you have any other associated condition like Diabetes?
