What Causes Hot Flashes?
My son is complaining of being really hot even though he doesn t feel hot. He s always hungry even though he s eating a lot and has episodes of being very angry. He eats a lot but is strong but skinny. Maybe some of this is irrelevant but I m concerned he s getting like my brother who had severe thyroid issues

Yes here hyperthyroid should be ruled out first by....
-Serum TSH
-Serum T4 free
If hyperthyroid present drug given accordingly for that....
Also get check his blood pressure also along with CRP estimation....
The complete detail history and physical examination will reveal which further investigation needed
