What Causes Hot Flashes, Vomiting, Abdominal Pain And Fainting?

Today I had a horrible hot flash which cause me to puke and feel slightly faint, tingling in my head and lips with a burning/aching to my right lower abdominal area, could i be suffering a menoupause hot flash or appendix problem? the pain in my right side is chronic, it has been feeling uncomfortable now for a couple of weeks, being with sharp pains to constant ache/burn

Hi.

Your symptoms can be associated with pre-menopause more than an appendix issue, and this could have been an even more accurate assumption if I knew your age. But pre-menopause does seem more likely, speak to your doctor who can guide you through it.
