What Causes Hot Flashes Despite A Normal Blood Work?

Hi, Im a 48yr old female fairly heallthy. Ive been experiencing hot flashes for a few years now. I recently had a physical, and blood work was fine. I did show a trace of blood in my urine. I had a total hysterectomy about 17yrs ago. I went to my orthopedic surgeon for a shoulder surgery follow up and had a fever of 100. Im always very hot. Im fatigue as well. I have been having stomach aches after eating, resulting in diarhea. Not abnormal to me since I have IBS. Was that trace of blood serious? Im assuming Im having hot flashes. No sweating. I just get extremely hot. All day. 24/7. Should I be concerned? Whats happening to me?
