General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through the medical history of this 60 years old white male and I can say as following regarding his current health problems:
- blood pressure oscillations (spikes in bp)
- oscillations in blood sugar levels
- thyroid problems

I advise to run further diagnostic tests to determine the right diagnosis and appropriate treatment:
- monitoring of bp and blood sugar levels
- cardiac tests : ECG, echocardiogram, holter monitoring
- abdominal ultrasound

Discuss this further with his doctor!
