Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hot flash in nose and cheeks . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like altered thermal stability, which is maintained by the hypothalamus , estrogen levels can affect some functions of the hypothalamus , during menopause, the ovaries produce less estrogen , peripheral neuropathy and vitamin B12 deficiency . I would suggest you to consult endocrinologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test along with other test to detect the level of hormone . Doctor may give hormone therapy . For now apply warm compresses on face , drink plenty of water and take proper rest .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
