What Causes Hot Feeling And Pimples On Face?

Hi I m 23 years old (male) Some days I feel my body hot (Like fever but from inside) and when this happens, pimples rise on some areas on my face especially near the neck and upper. I also noticed that this happens the days I eat fish. Help me Doctor.... Thank you.

Hello and welcome.

Yes, this could be diet related. The body works harder to digest meat (especially red meat like beef and mutton), but fish should not cause such an issue. If you continue to feel this way, eat controlled amounts of meat (how much ever suits you and does not cause the heat and heat boils) or completely abstain from meat for a while.

You can also try to avoid other things that can add to the heat. Drink plenty of water, lemonade, milk, eat cucumbers, salads, tomatoes, etc; to help cool your system. Avoid tea and coffee.
