What Causes Hot/cold, Shakes, Sweats, Light Headed, Thirsty?

My boyfriend and i went to the building store about 1.5hrs ago and he started feeling really hot, he started sweating really badly and felt really light headed, hungry and thirsty. He is 19 years old what is wrong? he still does not feel like himself

he gets hot and then cold and shakes and sweats

1. going by the time period and symptoms it could be acute stress reaction, viral or bacterial infection, heat or cold exposure.
2. Visit your nearest physician to check with his blood glucose level [low blood sugar level causing hunger,thirsty, light headedness, sweating] and for EKG [electrokardiograph] to exclude any heart abnormality.
3. after necessary examination he may ask for:
. Blood culture for malaria
. Sputum culture
. Urine culture
. X-ray of the chest

PS. Since chills are natural response of body to variety of conditions thus prior to opting for any medication kindly visit your health care doctor.
