What Causes Hives On The Face?

My husband went doctor 3 times for his leg it won t heal. He didn t test positive for diabetes. He took antibiotics twice ended up with rash all over his body now doctor gave him cream and its not helping him. He just started getting hives on his face yesterday and has it again today. The doctor doesn t seem to help him

I really appreciate your concern, healing is process and it may take some time till then care need to be taken for infection, some time the healing can be obstructed with some necrotic tissues and that really need to be taken out, for haves anti-histamines is the best drugs can be used and best is Hydroxyzine tablet hope this information helps.
