What Causes Hives And Alopecia While Having Anxiety?

Hi. I have been having many problems for the past 5 months now. At first, I didn’t have a primary care doctor so when these things would happen, I would go to the emergency room. At first, I would get really shaky, feel like I’m unnattatched from reality, numbness in my legs and feet and face, dizzy, rapid heart rate, shortness of breathe. The ER said it was anxiety. I am not stressed nor have a history of anxiety anyways. Then I would notice doing a small activity like going up stairs I would be so out of breath and have chest pains. I would feel unbalanced when I got out of bed like I was leaning to the side. Throat swelling. It took a toll on me mentally and physically. I didn’t even want to get out of bed. Here lately it has not been as bad but I finally got a doctor and he said my hemoglobin was at 7%. Low iron. So I’ve been taking Geritol (iron supplement) and it’s gotten somewhat better. I do not have the panic attacks anymore. But I still have symptoms like bad headaches that feel like they are in the back of my head. So bad I could pull my hair out. Also, tinglyness in my back (comes and goes) and in my arms still (comes and goes) and I also get hives randomly almost everyday. I have two bald patches in the back of my head like smooth bald and the doctors said it was alopecia. But why would I be getting alopecia out of nowhere at 20 years old? I also have bad acid reflex now. My throat stays swollen and I noticed a lump on the right side of my neck. I still get that feeling of unattatchment from reality every once in a a while. slightly. I have to do a whole bunch of x-rays and test now. Any answers? I feel like I’m never going to get a break or relief.
