What causes hissing sound in the ear with vertigo?

last one year or more i am facing problem in my left ear, allways hizing sound,some time low or high, last ten years i am taking pressure tablet 25/50. many medicine have already taken. feeling some time call vartigo please help. with regards swapan boral 0000

Hi,

That's called tinnitus. Get it checked by an ENT surgeon to see the status if your eardrum. Also get audiogram for hearing test.
