What Causes Hip Pain With No Evidence Of Nerve Compression?

L1-2 Non-compressive slight circumferential bulge. No stenosis. L2-3 Shallow posterior annular bulge creates mild symmetric foraminal stenosis. No hernia tigon or central stenosis. L3-4 shallow posterior annular bulge creates mild foraminal stenosis without herniation or central encroachment. L4-5 and L5 - S1 unremarkable disk levels without compressive bulge herniation or stenosis. I m having a lot of pain in my right hip. If it s not a compressed nerve what would cause the pain?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic. After going through your query I think pain is from hip origin not from back. You need radiograph for bony pathology and mri to diagnose any soft tissue pathology. Hope your query has been answered .Thanks.
