What Causes Hip Pain While Sitting?
Im a healthy 40 year old who has returned to school. I am experiencing hip pain after sitting and someone during. I either experience a dull pain then a shot of pain or a shot of pain that turns into dull aching for some time. I m not used to sitting like is in my daily life and I do still try to exercise 4 times a week. What could my problem be? How should I deal with it?
