What Causes Hip And Buttock Pain And Leg Numbness?

Two months ago my lower back, left side, started to hurt. It was very tight with pain radiating down my left hip/buttock, numbness on the outside of the thigh & calf. I have been seeing a chiropractor and while the pain in the back is better the hip/buttock area is extremely painful and when I get up and start walking my leg goes numb and I get a pins and needles feeling.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to sciatica and this need to be ruled out and for that better to get done the MRI of dorsal spine hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
