What Causes High Urinary Glucose Level And Swollen Jaws, Hands And Feet?

Checking what these symptoms show the condition might be. 47 year old male with high urinary glucose, high urinary keytones, complains of jaw and joint pain. Asymmetrical growth. Increased size of hands, feet and lower jaw. Enlarged nose, lips, and tongue. Has skin tags. Increased blood somatotropin levels---especially after puberty. Checking to see if this is Acromegaly and if the gland affected is the pituitary and the hormone is GH?

I really appreciate your concern, if the doubt of acromegaly need to be ruled out then it is necessary to get done the specific test and for that you have to see the endocrinologist first there only you could get the right answer hope this information helps.
