What Causes High Potassium Levels In Urine, Fluid Retention And Breathing Trouble?

i have high levels of potssium in a random urine test. I am retaining fluid throughout my whole body. severe tummy bloating ,chest pain and breathing trouble i have sever muscle weakness and pain everywhere. Hair loss and eyebrows going. dont know what it is. every test i have comes back normal except this time the potassium one high also a strong odour from my body in the lower region
