What Causes High Fever With Appetite Loss, coughing And Running Nose?

i have not been feeling well for almost 3 weeks. I went to the Dr and they told me it was an ear infection. Symtoms were- Nausea, Diarea, body ache, miagraines, and minor pain in my right ear. About a week later i was really aching, Had a high fever, no appetite, coughing, running nose, the works. Then about 4 days later it was subsiding but it has been 4 days since then and I feel good in the morning but by 1 or 2 I am not feeling good anymore. What is wrong with me. I also have hep C does that sound like it could be contributing to how i feel?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi, u must be having upper respiratory tract infection spreading to the ear. hep c will not contribute to this. URTI needs at least one week of medicine and one more week of rest to feel better. take medicine what doctor has prescribed , drink lots of liquids. if symptoms persists get a blood test done.
