What Causes High Fever In A Child Post Vaccination Shots?

My 4 yea old had several vaccines on Thursday last week. Friday he was running a fever and was sent home from daycare. Thee he had cases of the flu recently. He was a little over 102 degrees. He didn t eat or drink much on Saturday but today was more active and ate/drank. His eyes are pretty red, though. That worries me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your child symptoms of fejver flu and reddish eyes following a recent vaccination I am suggesting that your child has developed a autoimmune reaction from the vaccine injection
In view of this please give him the following
Antipyretics
Multivitamin
Antibiotic
Meanwhile if the symptoms persistent please see a paediatric specialist for further clinical assessment
I hope this helps
