What Causes High Fever, Ear Pain And High BP In An Elderly Person?

Hi, my Dad is over 90. Just saw the dr. today at a scheduled appointment. Started coming down with a cold last night. Now, his temperature is rising and his blood pressure is rising. He had complained about an ear ache. No redness in the ear and no swollen glands. When we left dr. office, he seemed weak getting into the car. We used a wheelchair for transportation. When we got home, seemed a bit disoriented. Very hot (90) and sunny outside. And weak. Not sure if I should monitor or go to urgent care.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be emergency all the sign and symptoms are not indicate of any pathological process it may be nonspecific, and it is nothing to worry, it may be due to age, without reading blood pressure without reading temperature nothing could be said anything, if it is doubtful then it need to be clinically examined hope this information helps.
