What Causes High Fever, Chest Congestion And Breathing Difficulty?

hello doctor, i am suffering from high temperature from last week. It was 103 degree after that i used few medicine as per doctor guideline. now fever is approximately fine but it is coming at night normally. I have another problem also of chest concession. Doctor says, My lungs have like seasonal Asthma type problems. means my chest is doing shore noise when i take long breathing. I used montair lc medicine, but there is no relief. please sugess me what i should do. My blood platelet cells are 117. i am 31 year old. Please suggests me something

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have high fever, chest congestion and breathing difficulty which is due to viral infection. You immunity is getting lowered down and making you prone to infections.

I would suggest you to take combination of antiviral drug along with anti-inflammatory drug. Take nimesulide along with paracetamol as well. Take diet rich in multivitamins and vitamin C. Your symptoms will resolve in 4-5 days. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and get some routine blood investigation done. Apply wet cold sheets on your head to lower down body temperature. Avoid hot, spicy and sharp food substances. Take steam inhalation on daily basis.
