What Causes High Fever Along With Body Pain In A Child?
My 4 year daughter having 16 kh weight is having high fever and pain in body. We are giving her crocin ds(5ml) when fever comes and also started augmentin duo syrup(3.5 ml three times). The fever is occurring after every 5 hours and each time teh temperature is higher than before. 31st jan 5.30 pm - 102.7, 31st jan 11 pm - 103.4, 1st feb, 4 am - 104.1 Can we give meftal-p to her. What would be its doses.

you havent spoken about the period i e how many days she has had the fever ,if it not over more than 2 to 3 days you may continue with the medicine .As any viral infection may takes 4 to 5 days. If it is longer than that advvisable to have cbc mp widal test to be done .
