What Causes High Creatinine And Blood Pressure Levels?

Dear Sir, my mother is a patient of htn/ ckd since in the year of 1999. Now her s.creaeinine 1263.0, bp 170/100 and hemoglobin 6.8, Bl.Urea 41.0 Sodium 130.6, potassium 4.9 , chloride 94.8,t-co2= 27.0 under treatment of Bangladeshi doctor. Now she is unable to take any food and if take food , she is making abominating. Doctor of here advise her to take dialysis and now she is taking medicine ..........Tab.Lasix 40m.g,Tab.Amdocol 5m.g Tab.Hyplus ,tab,Dicaltrol, Tab.Pentonix Cap.Fefol ci,Inj.Recormon 5000 unit(once weekly), and Tab.Omidon Pls looking forward for your kind suggestion .

Regarding your concern, I would agree with her doctor on recommending dialysis.

It is a fast way to help reduce her creatinine levels and thus her blood pressure values, which are related to chronic renal insufficiency.

Taking erythropoietin is also necessary to correct her anemia (Hb 6.8).
