What Causes High Creatine Level And White Skin In Urine?

I was diagnosed many years ago from I doctor who was sure 99% that I had renal cell carcinoma. I went for a 2nd opinion and they disagreed. They said just keep a check on it .
Since then I have had microscopic blood found , my creatinine level high, and lots of white skin like stuff in my urine sometimes . The blood I found was small and large stringy blood. They have found my creatine leval high what could the mean?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Stringy blood is suggestive of a lesion in the upper urinary tract, e.g. the ureter. You should have a cystoscopy performed, and possibly also a pyelogram or renography scan. Either way, you should see a urologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
