What Causes High Body Temperature And Recurrent Sinus Infection?
I am 62 average height and about 20 lbs over ideal weight. at night I get intense sweating from my head. during the day if more core temp rises in the least I get intense sweating all over. I am also getting frequent sinus infections that require antibiotics.

Recurrent sinus infection with low grade fever ,night sweating&over weight......can be allergic in nature ,diabetes ,may be koch's infection or nasal polyp or deviated nasal septum.
You need a consultation by ENT specialist for detailed local examination & investigations like TLC,DLC ,ESR/glucose tolletance test/ allergy screening test to pin point the basic cause &take specific treatment to treat the basic cause.
