What Causes High Blood Sugar Levels Inspite Of Medications?

hi doctor am 33 yrs male a diabetic from 2 yrs . i use to tzke cool drinks very much no fast is 169 after food id 230 , now i almost not taking cool drink... i smoke ...now am taking...glynase 5 mg (before breakfast ) after breakfast - target 40 and gylcomet 1gm....afternoon nothing and at night after food Tonact TG and Gylcomet 1gm and ezedoc 10....but max time my sugar is high sometime 430 also .pls suggest me something.....

Dear sir i can understand your concern.
in my opinion you are taking good medications but your blood sugars are slightly bad.
its mandatory to do daily exercise and follow strict diet pattern.
i suggest you to check three months average blood sugar that is called as Hba1c%
in case Hba1c is above 7% i suggest you to change medication.
your doctor might suggest you to take insulin for few days if sugars are very bad nothing to feel bad
relax.
