What Causes High Blood Sugar In Spite Of Taking Humalog And Novolog?

My blood sugar was 277 at bedtime and I took my humalog and this morning it was 270 and I just took it again and it is 290 ? I took 20 units of novealog at breakfast ate 2 scrambled eggs 2 pieces of bacon . I just took 20 more units of my novealog . Wondering why it us running so high today? I did not take humalog it was lantis last night.

it is not controlled. maybe there is glycolysis. you have to consult dibetologist and take recomanded therapy. diet is to be controlled. life style change is required. may have to go for daily morning walk. have glycolated hemoglobin done and confirm your controlled status. at any cost you have to consult dibetologist. your self medication and control of doses may put you in more problem.
