What Causes High Blood Pressure With Dizziness In A 48 Year Old?

Husband (48 y/o) came home after working complaining of being dizzy 6 times...took his bp manually was high 180/140 has been going down..after taking it in other (lt) arm 140/120....he says heis feeling better just took it again and it is 160/110 rt and left is 140/110.....can these two symptoms be related

Yes, Indeed high blood pressure in the range of 180/140 mmHg can be associated with dizziness. In fact I would recommend an emergency consultation with your doctor at such levels of blood pressure when associated with dizziness. Although stress increases our BP but a level of 140 mmHg for the lower pressure is alarming. He definitely need to see the physician at earliest.
