What Causes High Bilirubin Count And Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Doctor, my father-in-law age 68 yrs is having very high Bilurubin in blood (18-22) and his SGPT / SGOT is also very high 500 - 750 range. All tests for Hep A, B, C and E have come negative and MRI scan does not show any reason for obstructive jaundice. What could be the cause ?

Does your father have any other symptom? Was there any other symptom at the beginning of jaundice?
It can be infective as well as autoimmune CAUSE. He needs thorough check up by a good clinician
