What Causes High Bilirubin And WBC Count?

I have a very healthy 15 yesr old kid athletic swimmer with Adhd takes as needed 20 mg of methylphenidate and 20 mg citalophram for anxiety we went to a well check visit and blood test came high on bilirubin 3.0 and low count on white blood cells what does that mean???
