What Causes High TSH Levels?
Sir I am diabetic since 2009 . Now iam on insulin 30 70, 36 morning and 10 by night , and a pil Glimisave M1 one each at nigh and morning. Used thyronorm 25 , stoped one year back. Yesterday I got a high level tsh value 137. Ppbs 257. What does it mean sir?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
High level of TSH (137) means you are again going in hypothyroidism and you need to restart thyronorm at much higher dosage. Kindly consult your doctor about the same and I am sure he will restart your thyronorm with higher dose.
For PPBS, though its high, try doing Fasting blood sugar next morning as it gives a better picture of the sugar control in your body as compared to PPBS.
