Hello and welcome to HCM,
Fever, positive Motaux test, raised ESR and lymph node in the neck is suggestive of tuberculosis (TB).
An aspiration nof the lymph node is required to look for evidence of tuberculous infection.
If there is detection of epethelioid cells, caseous necrosis and/ or positive ZN stain for AFB, tuberculosis is proved.
Treatment of tuberculosis is with anti-tubercular treatment (ATT).
Consult your primary healthcare provider for an aspiration cytology.

Thanks and take care
