HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may need to have your blood pressure and pulse checked in a sitting then standing position to see if there is any significant change.
Some persons may have a drop in blood pressure that causes symptoms on standing.

The causes for persistent vomiting include: (1)infection--kidneys, liver
(2)side effect of medication
(3)high levels of calcium
(4)kidney failure
(5)alcohol use
(6)GERD- reflux
(7)mass in the liver
(8)lesion in the brain
(9)meniere's disease which is a condition involving the ears, not lifethreatening

You may want to consider seeing neurologist (doctor specializing in nerve disease), to find the cause of the dizziness, headaches and nausea.

Treatment would depend on the cause found.

I hope this helps
