Hai, common cause for neck pain mostly will be Abnormalities in the bone or joint Poor posture Degenerative diseases in neck bone. high blood pressure with chest pain associated with neck pain(referred pain) may be some heart related problems also. but as your neck pain gives discomfort during sleep (postural variation) seems to be cervical bone problem. as you elevated blood pressure seems to be isolated one. high blood pressure remains asymptomatic. it usually picked up during incidentally or during routine check up. heart related problem will induce high blood pressure and high pulse rate.
