What Causes Hematuria During Erection?

male 41yrs, hematuria today, clear urine tomorrow. first started after drinking 6 12ounce budwiser beer, then later in the morning blood in urine. this doesn t occur every time i drink the beer but once say every two to three weeks. then i stopped drinking and the hematuria stopped. then one day i had an erection and decided to urinate and blood came out first then clear.
