General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems like menorrahgia with anaemia. You can take Ncnorm P twice a day for 3 days. You take ferry for improvement in hemoglobin.

The symptoms like breathlessness, fatigue is due to heavy menstruation. Consult gynecologist, do ultrasound. Pepsmear is helpful for evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
