What Causes Heavy Rectal Bleeding In Toilet?
Please help. My MPV has decreased from 7.4 to 7.3 and now 7.0. Should I be concerned? Had rectal bleeding in September - toilet bowl filled with blood, pouring like water from a faucet. Have been having slight nose bleeds since then almost daily, and pin sized red marks on chest. Had some rectal bleeding again yesterday. Thank you for any help.

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids. Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone.
-Use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day.
