What Causes Heavy Periods And Painful Arm?

I m having heavy periods where I have to change my pads in an hour. Then I m having pain in my left arm at the same time. My period has been on for 7 days now. I think it may be endometriosis but my doctor has not found any fibroids. Could it be PCOS?
