What Causes Heavy Painful Chest With Painful Back?

I have had a heavy painful feeling in my chest for about seven hours now. My boobs are rather large and very heavy and it feels like they are crushing my chest. That is the feeling I have. My back is in rather a lot of pain too and I feel so sick, but have not vomited. I can t lie down on my back or sides, and sitting up isn t any help either. I ve put my bra back on, to keep them lifted a little. Its just very painful and I m so tired and want to sleep, but I also have severe anxiety and this is freaking me out and need help.
