What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding In A Woman With Uterine Fibroids?
I have uterine fibroids and have heavy periods. This has been going on for almost 2 years now, and I found out last week that I am anemic. I am taking iron pills but I am not feeling much better. I see a hemotologist soon, but I was wondering how long it takes for iron pills to make you feel better. And also, my doctor wants to control my bleeding with birth control and I want a hystrorectomy.

hysterectomy is better choice if ur age permits if not go for myomectomy.... or marena insertion.... but oral iron tabs are not enough in blood loss condition... use iron sorbitol inj or iron sucrose inj
