What Causes Heavy Clotty Vaginal Bleeding After Taking I-pill?
Hi! My girl had her periods as usual between 28 feb to 7th march. We had sex for the first time on 5th march i.e during periods. I used protection but still she took iPill to be on a safer side. Her periods stopped as usual on 7th. Now after a week, i.e from 12th she again started getting blood spotting n now situation has gone ahead n now she is getting heavy bleeding with clot kind of things (she has to change pads every 2 hours). It s been a day or two of heavy bleeding. She is too worried about it now. Please help by letting me know what may be the cause of this. Ipill or something else? And what is to be done? Please advice the correct measures to be taken.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, such irregular bleeding may be due to hormone medicine she has taken for protection purpose, she need to be in bed till the bleeding overs and this is nothing to worry, if bleeding does not controlled then, better to see the gynecologist for further management, hope this information helps, take care.
