Hi,
From history it seems that he might be having internal hemorrhoids.
When he is having constipation and passes hard stool it damages piles producing bleeding.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Continue giving more fiber containing food.
Give mild laxative like Crimaffin daily at night.
Give him plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
