What Causes Heavy Bleeding Post Abortion?

Hi, Im 31years old and have a 4yrs old boy. Had an abortion 2 Years ago through Anti Preg Kit Tabs. Since 6-7 Cycles im having very heavy bleeding during menses. Ultrasound shows 4cm uterine fibroid on posterior wall of uterus. Is surgery required? My doctor suggested Fibristal/Fibroprist tab for 3 Months. Will it get shrinked by medicine? Im also taking Homeopathy treatment along with it. Has abortion created this problem? Moreover i started having menses at the age of 9 Years and i have periods 8 Days before the actual last date of period. Please provide helpful advice.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of abortion with nonsurgical method and now some lesion being detected in uterine cavity then surgery is most advisable hope this information helps.
